Privacy Policy
What is collected, why, and how to opt out.
This policy explains what data this website processes, on what legal basis, and how you can exercise your rights. It covers the article pages, the product pages and the purchase flow.
Data we process directly
When you buy a reference pack we process the email address you provide, the product purchased, the amount, the payment status and the PayPal transaction identifiers. We need this to deliver the download link, to honour refund requests and to meet tax record-keeping obligations.
We do not receive or store your card number, CVV or bank credentials. Card data is entered on PayPal and never reaches our servers.
Server logs record IP address, request path, user agent and timestamp for security and abuse prevention. These are retained for a limited period and are not used for profiling.
Cookies and local storage
Content pages set no advertising or analytics cookies of our own. A single local-storage entry stores your light/dark theme preference. It stays in your browser and is never transmitted to us.
Advertising and analytics partners, where present, may set their own cookies. See the next section.
Third-party advertising and analytics
We may display advertising served by Google AdSense and measure traffic with privacy-respecting analytics. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time in Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), or opt out of third-party vendor cookies via aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we request consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you may withdraw it at any time.
Payments are processed by PayPal, which acts as an independent controller for the payment transaction. See the PayPal privacy statement for how it handles your data.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies: contract performance for delivering a purchase, legitimate interests for security, abuse prevention and site operation, consent for non-essential cookies and personalised advertising, and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and — for California residents — to know what is collected and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@love369.cc. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Retention and children
Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax purposes, then deleted. Log data is kept for a short rolling window. This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.
